Max Emilian Verstappen born on 30th September 1997 is a Dutch racing driver. Being the son of Jon Verstappen (Former F1 driver) and Sophie (successful kart driver), he was born to be a racer. He started karting regularly at the age of six and since then F1 racer Max Verstappen is shining really early.

He is neither a nervous nor a keyed up driver. He is famous for his confidence and calmness during the races. He drives racing cars differently. He has an exceptional talent of pulling off the mid-race pass. He is quick. His speed in Formula 1 Championship on the intermediate tyre was incredible. He has a great pace on the inters. He likes to take a different route in the race. He practices for the next track through video games. He is remarkably self-assured and is a genius on the track. He wins naturally even when he is racing against the world’s best racing drivers. His performance in Formula 3 was impressive, as is his performance in F1. He is very fast and constant. Verstappen is very mature for his age, on top of that he has made it to the F1 championship; hats off to him. He is an effortless driver since driving is second nature to him. He has a lot of talent and also has the ability to maximise this talent in every way. He has a most spectacular talent for overtaking.

At the age of 8-years in 2005, he took part in his first championship (Belgium Championship Mini) and won all the 21 races that were conducted. In 2006, Verstappen claimed the Belgian Minimax Championship in karting. He bagged the Belgian Caset Championship as well as the Dutch Minimax Championship in 2007. When he joined Team Pex Racing in 2009, he received the Belgian KF 5 Championship as well as the Flemish Minimax Championship. Verstappen raised up his career to international karting in 2010. He got signed by the CRG and represented their factory team at the European and World Championships. He got second place at the KF 3 World Cup and bagged the first position in the WSK World Series and World Euro Series in the year of 2010. Verstappen was selected to race in the KZ 2 and KF 2 classes for the Intrepid Driver Program. In the KF 2 class, he received the South Garda Winter Cup and the WSK Master Series. Verstappen won the KZ and KF Championship in 2013 at the age of 15. He had raced in the FIA European Formula 3 Championship in 2014 and secured third position in the race.

After Verstappen tested out the Formula Renault 3.5 car, he joined the Red Bull Junior Team in August 2014. He also got an offer from Mercedes. For the 2015 season, he accepted the offer from Scuderia Toro Rosso and became one of their drivers in 2014. At the age of seventeen, Verstappen made his debut at the Australian Grand Prix in 2015 as a full-time driver and went on to become the youngest racer to participate in a World Championship race. In the same year, FIA raised the age limit to 18 years for Formula 1 racing from the 2016 season onwards. He scored his first point in F1 racing at a race in Malaysia at the age of 17 and became the youngest driver who scored the World Championship points. At the end of the 2015 season, he finished fourth at the United States Grand Prix and at the FIA Prizegiving ceremony; he got the Personality of the Year and the Rookie of the Year Awards. He finished 5th in the opening race of the 2016 season. In Bahrain, he became Toro Rosso’s first driver to get points at Sakhir circuit after qualifying tenth in the race. In the Spanish Grand Prix, Verstappen finished fourth. After this victory, he became the Youngest Race leader in the history of F1. He is the youngest Formula 1 driver to receive a podium position.

With his skills, confidence, and bravery, Verstappen takes part in the race and makes it stick to perfection leaving everyone gob-smacked. He has both potential and talent to be a race winner and champion. He has made headlines all over the world by winning the second position in F1 racing. He finished second in F1 Championship and was behind Lewis by 0.8 seconds. He left behind more experienced drivers like Kim, Sebastian by setting a faster time in F1 Championship. He is indeed shining very early on in F1 racing.
